Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Bug Out Pest & Spray Services is licensed and insured for residential and commercial work.
Are your treatments safe for my kids and pets?
We use EPA-registered products applied according to label safety guidelines, and we're happy to walk you through re-entry times before we treat, so you know exactly when it's safe to be back on the lawn.
Do you serve my area?

What if the problem comes back between visits?
Most of our packages include free re-treatment if pests or weeds return between scheduled visits — see the package details above, or ask when you call.
How fast can you get someone out?
Most requests are scheduled within the week, though it can vary during high season — the sooner you call, the sooner you're on the calendar.
Do I need to be home during treatment?
Not usually — plenty of customers have us treat while they're at work or running errands. We'll let you know ahead of time if a particular job needs you present.
